The reservation will become effective with the delivery of 30% of the agreed price.
There is a deposit of 100 € which will be returned the day after departure to an account number provided by the client.
Bridges cannot be split, they must be taken as a whole.
If a booking is cancelled one week in advance, the full amount will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days but more than 72 hours in advance, 30% of the price will be retained or you will be given the opportunity to change the days booked for other days.
If a booking is cancelled in less than 72 hours, 30% of the price will be retained or you will be given the opportunity to change the days booked for other days in the low season.
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours or on the day of arrival, the 30% deposit will be forfeited.
Pets in some flats. Please ask for availability.
Smoking is not allowed in the flats.
Check-in time: from 17:00 p.m. onwards.
Check-out time: 12:00 a.m.

(In low season and as long as no other client enters, flexibility in these schedules will be given).

Our invoices do not include VAT. In the only case that VAT is charged is if they are in the name of a company, in which case 21% VAT must be added.
Electricity, water and heating costs.
Bed linen, towels and table set.
Cleaning (the flat must be found clean).
Parking according to availability (10 parking spaces for 14 flats).
